I've already used this product to make a wonderful chocolate malt gelato. Can't wait to try it out in other homemade ice creams as well as baking. Great flavor, and I like the larger size. Keep it in the freezer to extend freshness.

I have been searching for a long time, and tried many, many malts -- this is the one! I wanted not only a strong, distinct malt flavor, but I also wanted the flavor that I remembered.
I ordered this with low expectations because I have tried so many, but my first batch of malted waffles blew away even the expensive Carbons mix. Great product! -

So happy to have a source for great-tasting malt. Now we can indulge in more frequent smaller malts rather than gorging on the huge malts at restaurants.
